Stress-Less Muesli has been specifically designed to take the stress out of making breakfast and offers maximum nutrition – that assists in reducing stress levels and the effects of stress. This product was inspired through a detox and cleansing process I went on with my mother, on our return she had no idea how and what to feed herself and was frustrated at all the different supplements she was taking. This led me to  crafting together a simple but highly nourishing blend of organic adaptogens, oats, activated nuts and seeds and sweetened with raisins.

 

Ingredients :

Oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts , almonds and raisins.

I have added 6 Organic Adaptogenic herbs, which are like tonics for the various body systems and can be consumed daily.

In this muesli you will find :
